This is a fixed term of 11.5 months.
The shift pattern for this position is 0830-1630.

Within South Sector the AHP teams work together supporting each other to ensure we produce high quality care for our patients.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the acute medical team on a full time temporary basis, to cover maternity leave.
It is essential that you are educated to Diploma/Degree level in Physiotherapy while being registered with HCPC. You should have significant post graduate experience with previous clinical experience in acute medical wards.
This post involves a complex and varied caseload incorporating patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge planning. You will be clinically responsible for rotational staff, support worker staff and students, inducting, training and managing staff on a daily basis. You will lead/participate in service development and service change within the team. You will be actively encouraged to develop through your 4 pillars of practice while participating in CPD, audit and research.
This post may require the post holder to participate in seven day working.
