This opportunity is for an individual to join an ever evolving Practice and Professional Development Team in NHS Fife as PA / Secretary to the Head of PPD and wider PPD Team.
You should have previous experience of working as a Personal Secretary / Assistant in a busy office. You must possess skills and competencies normally associated with significant experience and qualifications in administration or secretarial services to HND level. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and typing skills are essential (min 60wpm). Excellent communication and organisational skills are required; as is the ability to work autonomously, under pressure, prioritising your workload and meeting deadlines.
You will be required to have a pleasant and approachable manner with the ability to work flexibly in a close team setting, as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision. A blended working pattern is required, working both from home and office based in line with the needs of the team.
