This is a key function in the implementation of our Primary Care Improvement Plan and the associated transformation of primary care. As part of the Edinburgh Primary Care Support Team, the post holder will promote transformation through the development of improved evaluation and insight.
The post holder will work with a variety of clinical and non-clinical frontline teams, applying standard frameworks for managing improvement projects and acting as an adviser on related methodology and data driven decision-making. The post holder will play a key role in encouraging and developing the collection of relevant information and supporting analysis to influence key investment decisions.
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
