Working in a busy surgical department, you will provide a comprehensive typing and administrative service to consultant surgeons and their teams including junior doctors and specialist nurses. You should be flexible and able to work as part of a team. You will be expected to prioritise your work and work to strict deadlines. You should be proficient in Microsoft Word with excellent touch typing skills and have good knowledge of medical terminology.
