A number of exciting opportunities have arisen for highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse’s to join Adult Acute as Deputy Charge Nurses.
There are both fulltime secondments and a full time permanent posts available.
The post holder will work within the Adult Acute Psychiatric admission wards with catchment areas which could cover Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City as well as Orkney and Shetland Island and MOD.
The post holders will have specific responsibility and accountability for maintaining both clinical and staff governance.
The post holders should be passionate about providing the highest level of care to patients, leading & guiding the Team to ensure that the required standards are met.
The post holders will also be expected to have managerial responsibility for their ward in the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse.
An openness to learn, develop and apply managerial skills and knowledge is a key element of the role.
An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates
