NHS Tayside Payroll team is currently responsible for processing weekly and monthly pays to approximately 19000 staff.

Applications are invited from individuals who will enjoy working in a busy, professional environment for the following post within NHS Tayside’s Payroll Services Department based in Maryfield House, Dundee. In addition to a competitive salary, flexible working, pension scheme and benefits package you will receive a period of training to equip you to undertake the role. The post is full time 37.50 hours per week on a permanent basis.

Applicants for the Payroll Administration Support Assistant post should possess an appropriate SVQ level 2..

The Payroll Administration Support Assistant will provide basic administration support to the wider Payroll team e.g. routine data entry to the payroll system, filing and distribution of forms. 

Successful candidates will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
