This is an exciting opportunity within NHS Lothian’s Quality Directorate to work on the introduction, scale up and spread of a Value Management System (VMS) across acute services in NHS Lothian. This post covers the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Western General Hospital and the Royal Hospital for Sick Children.
We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for improving the quality of patient care, in line with NHS Lothian’s Quadruple Aim and values. With proven experience in leading person-centred care and change management, you will have a lead role in embedding continuous quality improvement as an integral part of planning and delivery of clinical care and in taking forward quality improvement programmes.
