Reporting to the respective Capital Programme Director and working closely with the relevant Site Director, this post will provide capital programme management expertise and coordination for the delivery of capital projects with a total capital value of between £10 million and £50 million.
With strong influencing and leadership qualities you will require to evidence significant experience of Project Management in a healthcare or equivalent, complex environment and will have the ability to inspire confidence and respect to lead and deliver in a clinically sensitive and demanding environment. From an architectural/ surveying/engineering background, essential to the success of this role is excellent analytical and judgement skills to address highly complex facts and situations incorporating legal, commercial, technical, construction and clinical information.
Applicants must be a holder of a first degree in engineering services, property or building related subject plus educated to SCQF Level 11 e.g. professional qualification at masters level relevant to the role and demonstrate a track record of assurance delivery in the healthcare build environment.
