Fixed Term Position until 31st March 2024: RM169548 – Grampian Respiratory Improvement Programme (GRIP) Nurse
NHS Grampian is seeking to appoint a nurse for the Grampian Respiratory Improvement Programme to support on the implementation of the GRIP objectives across Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire. This part-time post will be until 31st March 2024 and will be for up to 20 hours per week. The main focus of this short term role is to support implementation of GRIP prescribing objectives in GP practices across Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire respectively.
Working closely with the GRIP Clinical Lead and fellow GRIP Nurse you will also help to provide education, training and support in respiratory care to GP practices and other health and social care professionals to enhance the level of care provided to patients with respiratory conditions and improve patient outcomes.
Applicants should be motivating, engaging and demonstrate recent experience of caring for people living with a respiratory condition. The ability to work across the organisation and with a range of partners is essential to help manage and support change within a complex environment.
