PA to HR Director
Band 4 £27,598 to £30,019 per annum
Plus £1,279 Distant Islands Allowance per annum
37.5 Hours per Week

We are looking for someone who can provide comprehensive administration, clerical and secretarial support to the Director of Human Resources & Workforce Development.
The postholder will be responsible for arranging corporate and Board meetings including Staff Governance, Area Partnership Forum, Remuneration Committee and others.
Knowledge will be required of constitution of meetings, purpose and membership. The postholder will collate and circulate all agendas within appropriate timescales and keep accurate records of actions and minutes.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential in this role, as is outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure that that deadlines are met.
