We are looking to recruit an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to compliment our medical and nursing team.
The preferred applicant will be required to have experience in autonomous decision making, assessment, diagnosis and treatment including non medical prescribing for elderly people with complex multi-dimensional needs.
You will work collaboratively with health and social care colleagues across the partnership to deliver high quality evidence based care. You will play a key role in enhancing patients experience, assuring clinical governance and supporting senior
managers and clinicians with improvements and continued development of the service.
Evidence of continual professional development with experience of working with older people. Completion of Masters Level learning in Advanced Nursing Practice or working towards this is essential.

It is essential that you hold a current driving licence and be able to travel across Angus. Initially this post will be based in Angus South locality, but this may change to meet service demands.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register and educated at Degree Level.

Hours of work are: 30 to 37.5 hours per week.
