We have an exciting opportunity to join the Health Improvement Service as a Health Improvement Service Manager within Clackmannanshire & Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership.

The Health Improvement Service Manager post will have responsibility for leading on a specialist programme of work with a remit for substance and addictions and focus on mental health and learning disability aligned to the themes and outcomes within our Strategic Commissioning Plan.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of current health improvement policy agenda and how it translates operationally as well as having excellent project and people management skills.  In addition, experience of partnership working, outcome driven programmes and workforce development are essential. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.

The successful candidate will hold a first degree as well as a post graduate MSc qualification in health promotion or relevant to post, and have significant experience in a health promotion/health improvement field.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
