A vacancy has arisen for a PA/Business Support Officer within Clackmannanshire & Stirling HSCP and we require a highly motivated administrative person to undertake this role.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, efficient and confidential support to Head of Service/Manager.
A key element of the post is to ensure the smooth administration of the day to day workload of the Head of Service. This will involve management of diaries, emails, letters, reports, and dealing with general requests and enquiries.
You will have relevant PA/secretarial experience in a similar post within a health and care setting. A flexible approach to the challenges of this role are essential.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
