As Service Continuity Manager you are responsible for assisting, maintaining and improving operational Business Continuity Management activities. In addition, significant technical expertise and capability is required to support the development and maintenance of eHealth Service Continuity policies and procedures, as well as the testing and live invocation of plans as required. Capturing and implementing lessons learned and ensuring service continuity is continually reviewed within eHealth.
As the primary contact for Business Continuity within the organisation, the post holder will manage and report on continuity activities, including working with internal and external stakeholders to appropriately manage risk and maintain a business continuity capability for NHS Lanarkshire.
