An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard working Clinical Support Worker to work within our Ageing and Health ward caring for patients who have had orthopaedic surgery and require a period of medical care and rehabilitation. Our aim is to assist patients to meet the rehabilitation goals set to facilitate safe discharge home.
The post-holder will have the responsibility of helping deliver care needs and supporting the clinical care standards within the ward environment whilst working along with our multi-disciplinary team.
