An excellent opportunity, within NHS Forth Valley has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible and self motivated Clinical Support Worker who is committed to the provision of safe, consistent patient centred quality care.

Ward A32 is a 32 bedded ward for ageing and health patients. Successful candidates will be working within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team that aim to achieve a high quality standard of patient centred care.

You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work well independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. A background of working with older adults is beneficial. You should have the ability to promote high quality person centred care and have a genuine interest in caring for people who are unwell. You must have a willingness and appetite for life-long learning and advancing the role of the Clinical Support Worker in order to develop and enhance your own personal development. You will be expected to work a flexible work pattern which includes working a 12 hour shift pattern across 7 days.
