We are looking for a Patient Co-ordination Centre Supervisor to join the existing team. In this role you will supervise and co-ordinate all aspects of the Patient Co-ordination Centre and the associated patient Treatment Time Guarantees, in order to fulfil the commitment and complex service delivery as contained within the Service Level Agreement between the Golden Jubilee National Hospital and all NHS Scotland referral sources.
Previous managerial experience within NHS or similar environment, and, educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable for this post as are excellent communication, customer care and organisational skills.
