Secondment*/Fixed term for 1 year to cover substantive post holder’s Maternity Leave.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Clerical Assistant to provide an efficient, effective and quality clerical support service to the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service.  All clerical assistants are expected to provide cover in similar roles within the service.

The post holder will have standard grade English and good IT skills or equivalent work experience in an office environment. You will be required to work accurately under pressure.  Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to the challenges of this role are essential.

Shift pattern will be generally between 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday morning as required.  Shift patterns may vary to meet the needs of the service.
