An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and dynamic Digital Marketing and Communications Officer to join our growing team and support the expansion of national services across NHS Golden Jubilee.
Working across the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital, Research Institute and Conference Hotel as well as the Centre for Sustainable Delivery and NHS Scotland Academy, these posts are ideally suited to people who enjoy a varied, project-based role, and can deliver multiple projects at one time to attain clear results.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Devise and deliver high quality, innovative and creative digital marketing communication and engagement plans for a range of target audiences.
Monitoring and evaluating social, digital media and website analytics to assess the impact of campaigns and communications activity.
Research, write, and disseminate high quality creative, innovative and powerful communications for a wide range of audiences and digital platforms, ensuring they meet plain English and accessibility standards.
Produce engaging digital content and update the corporate websites and staff intranet to ensure they are effective communications, marketing and engagement platforms.
Regularly evaluate, monitor and audit websites, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, up to date and meets all accessibility legislation and requirements.
Key skills we need:
Experienced in a multi-channel marketing and communications role.
Strong digital marketing and communication campaign skills.
Experience of researching, evaluating and assessing the success of key performance indicators across a range of platforms.
Experience of search engine optimisation, social media and pay per click advertising.
Specialist knowledge of web content management system and software as well as a working knowledge of digital and print production.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills including effective work planning for self and effective compliance with all organisational processes.
Proven ability to work and contribute effectively within and across teams.
Fresh and innovative ideas.
