Professional HR Relationship Lead for a service area providing advice and support for a range of strategic workforce issues.   

Manage an Employee Relations (ER) Case Management portfolio of highly complex case work and pan-Lothian HR work programmes ensuring there is robust and timely support and intervention from HR on a range of operational issues, change programmes and strategic service initiatives. 

To provide expert and professional advice to senior managers.

Identified HR lead for specific programmes of work e.g. pan-Lothian Policy Development, organisational change, development workshops.
