An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Public Health Practitioner to contribute to our work in addressing inequities that exist across the national population screening programmes. This role will work with partners to support the delivery of NHS Grampian’s Screening Equity Plan and will advise and deliver on a range of health improvement approaches to support informed participation in population-based screening programmes.


The post holder will have specialised knowledge of public health /health improvement approaches, and be educated to degree level. The post holder will be able to work independently, adhering to strict deadlines and have the flexibility to manage and prioritise their own workload. They will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and have the ability to build and sustain effective partnerships.  


The post holder will work with colleagues across the health and social care system along with partners, voluntary sector colleagues and communities across Grampian.
