Salary: NHS: Band 5 £30,229 - £37,664 per annum
Council: Grade 8 £39,125 - £42,355 per annum*
Hours: NHS: 37.5 hours Council: 35 hours
Tenure: Permanent

West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) are looking for a proactive and dynamic Unpaid Carers Liaison Officer to join our strategy and transformation family.
This is a brilliant opportunity to become part of and help drive forward the exciting work to support and improve services for unpaid carers across West Dunbartonshire.

The post holder is responsible for facilitating effective engagement and liaison with key stakeholders across West Dunbartonshire, including unpaid carers and a wide range of community planning partners, seeking to embed best practice and an integrated approach to supporting unpaid carers.
