Based in the Estates Office, Ward 8, Cameron Hospital, Windygates, you will join a small administration team who provide extensive administrative support to the Estates staff within this locality and across Fife. The duties will include ordering, invoicing, processing payroll and associated documentation, repairs help des, contracts administration and any other duties as required.
You should have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. Good IT experience and the ability to utilise a number of in house systems as well as an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Packages especially excel. You should be able to work on your own as well as working as part of a team. Previous experience of using corporate systems such as MICAD, SSTS and PECOS is desirable.
Minimum qualifications for the post will be at HNC / Higher level or equivalent experience with significant experience working in a demanding and busy office environment .
This post requires you to be flexible and have the ability to travel throughout Fife to other localities as and when required.
