The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 9.00AM TO 5.00PM

Medical Secretary required for very busy Respiratory Department.  Excellent organizational & keyboard skills required.  Trakcare & winscribe experience are essential.  Waiting list and secretarial experience is preferred.  Must have pleasant telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.  Experience of MDT/taking minutes is desirable. Required to make appointments, arrange admissions, type clinic letters/reports and prioritise workload.  Management of consultant diary and clinics.  Must be able to make decisions and prioritise workload.
