An opportunity is available for a full time administrator within the Mental Health Directorate.
This will be a 12 month fixed term post (suitable for Secondment) and you will provide admin support for 2 dynamic teams, IDEAS (Interventions for Dementia, Education, Assessment and Support) and the Mental Health Occupational Therapy service. The post is currently based in Mountainhall Treatment Centre and working hours will be 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive range of administrative and secretarial support to the teams. They will help to plan, organise and co-ordinate their work and manage their time effectively. This will include providing high quality secretarial and administrative support of a consistently high standard.
You will have proven experience in an administrative/secretarial setting and have an excellent knowledge of IT applications such as Microsoft Word/Excel and Publisher. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team. We will consider job share applications and although this is a full time post we will be flexible around hours.
