Please note: As this post is part-time the salary will be pro-rata.

This is an exciting opportunity to join and continue to  shape an established  service in an ambitious Health and Social Care Partnership. We are looking for  dynamic and highly skilled clinicians to join the already established MSK APP service in General Practice. You will be embedded within practice teams as a first contact practitioner and independently triage, assess, evaluate and diagnose patients with MSK problems with some input to the core MSK team if required . You should be a forward thinking practitioner, who has the ability to bring about change and the desire to develop and improve services. You must have had previous experience of working independently within MSK physiotherapy services, as well as demonstrating excellent communication, teaching and organizational skills.  You shoulder be working towards or have already attained post graduate Master levels qualifications . This is an established service that covers  all  GP practices in Midlothian. This  post will work closely with the current core physiotherapy service and secondary care to   develop and improve the flow of MSK pathways within Midlothian.
