JOB TITLE: Senior Research Nurse – Ophthalmology
Band 6
LOCATION: Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion
CONTRACT DURATION: 2 Year Fixed Term/Secondment opportunity
HOURS: 22.5 – 27 hours
SALARY SCALE: £ 37,831 – £46,100
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinical research nurse to join the team. You will be providing senior support to the Ophthalmology research team based at the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion.
The team is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic nurse with clinical research experience. Experience in ophthalmology is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. The post holder will help support several exciting clinical research projects enhancing the clinical care of patients within ophthalmology. The post will involve identifying, screening and recruitment activities as well as assisting with the care of the research participants whist they are taking part in the research.
