Hospital experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

The post will rotate between the cancer pharmacy team and aseptic services. You will assist the pharmacists and senior pharmacy technicians in providing patient focused quality pharmaceutical care to cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

As a member of the aseptic team the post holder will support the senior aseptic technician with the planning and delivery of high standard aseptic dispensing services. The Aseptic unit is involved in the supply of centralised intravenous additive services (CIVAS), systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT), and total parenteral nutrition (TPN), both adult and neonatal.
