Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week –providing flexible cover from 7am to 5pm (including public holidays)


The Queen Elizabeth University Campus Helpdesk has a vacancy for a Helpdesk Operator to assist in delivering a professional, efficient and effective Facilities and Estates Helpdesk Service to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital campus. You will be required to provide cover to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and Royal Hospital Children reception desks when required. As first point of contact for staff and external organisations, you must have excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be required to complete a wide range of administrative tasks which will involve the use of a variety of software applications (full training is provided). You will require to have excellent communication and IT skills and an administration background would be preferable, but not essential.  The helpdesk is operational 24/7, 365 days a year (including public holidays).
