The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our small, talented, and growing team to collaborate and problem-solve complex technical challenges relating to the delivery of technology enhanced learning approaches across health and social care.

Working within the NTS Infrastructure and Operations Team you will have the opportunity to highlight your technical skills and enthusiasm for digital infrastructure.

What We Love to See

Technical Leads – Infrastructure offer a broad range of skills and experience, if you can offer some or all of these, we’d love you to apply:

  • Proven experience of architecting, deploying, and managing digital infrastructure and services in a multi-site environment
  • Highly experienced in working in the field of network infrastructure, including switching protocols, server/storage hardware and virtualisation technologies
  • Highly effective communicator knowing how to make complex technical information and language simple for diverse senior and external stakeholders (both verbally and in writing)
  • Experience of cloud computing platforms and architecture
  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, care and compassion when dealing with others, utilising tact and persuasion skills when necessary
  • Ability to work on own initiative, to organise and prioritise own workloads, to meet strict deadlines
  • Line management and coaching/mentoring experience
