This role will provide the post holder with a unique opportunity to manage the information governance and assurance workstream of high profile projects which will assess and deliver a range of new technologies across NHS Scotland via the Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) pathway.
The post holder will be comfortable working in close collaboration with a wide range of key partners and stakeholders, in both national and territorial Boards, they will be able to apply strong project management skills and also an ability to communicate a clear vision for change.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to secure clinical and operational engagement and drive safe, effective and person centred improvements in care on a Once for Scotland basis. They will be exhibit a demonstrable in depth understanding of information governance and assurance, project management and improvement methodologies, with recognised expertise in practical application. The ability to work within a political context, a fast pace environment, managing deadlines and being responsive to changing priorities is essential.
