Secondment/Fixed term opportunity for 1 year due to department restructure

An opportunity has arisen within NHS Forth Valley for a highly motivated and efficient individual to join the Cancer Audit Tracking Department in the role of Administrative Assistant to support the Patient Pathway Coordinators. 

Working within a well-established team, The successful candidate will provide assistance to the Patient Pathway Tracking Team in delivery of the administrative support for patient access.  They will work to ensure the MDT is supported by the provision of accurate information which supports the timely and planned movement of cancer and suspected cancer patients through their journey from referral onwards.  The postholder will support and assist in the coordination and monitoring of investigations and treatment journey of urgent patients in line with the national targets.

Applicants applying should have a HNC in Business Administration or equivalent experience and be proficient in use of software systems and advanced keyboard skills.

The preferred candidate will have excellent organizational, time management and communications skills with a track record of ability to prioritise and problem solve.
