The shift pattern is 08:45 – 17:00.

An exciting vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in Regional Services with the Department of Neuro-anaesthesia.

You should have relevant qualifications or experience in secretarial or business studies or equivalent experience which you should be able to demonstrate. You should have skills, experience and proficiency in IT systems, Microsoft Office Packages and advanced keyboard skills. Previous experience in rota management is desirable. We would welcome your application if you have effective organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. If would be beneficial if you have previous knowledge and experience in hospital information systems, Data Protection, GDRP, Freedom of information, Patient Confidentiality and audio typing. We offer on the job training as well as a comprehensive induction, training package and appraisal.
