CLINICAL FELLOW SPECIALTY REGISTRAR (ST3 level or above)
IN PAEDIATRICS
Fixed term until August 2020
Salary StR £32,961 - £51,828 per annum pro rata (2019/2020)
Applications are invited for the above Clinical Fellow Specialty Registrar post in the Department of Paediatrics at Raigmore Hospital, until August 2020. This post will attract a banding supplement based on the rota template in operation at the time of commencement in post.
We are looking for individuals who would relish the opportunities and challenges of delivering high quality care across the Highland Region.
The establishment currently comprises 9 hospital consultant paediatricians (5 WTE, 4 part-time 2.9 WTE), 1 combined post 0.9wte) W.T.E in Hospital and community paediatrics and 5 (3.7 WTE) community consultant paediatricians (the latter do not take part in out of hours work).

The post of Clinical Fellow Specialty Registrar will not attract training recognition from the Post Graduate Dean but you will work alongside and receive similar experience to those on the training programme.
There is a modern Postgraduate Centre and excellent library facilities. The Highlands of Scotland is the most wonderful area in which to live and work. It also offers exceptional outdoor recreational opportunities.
