An exciting opportunity has arisen in the West of Scotland Innovations team. Applications are invited for the post of senior administrator within the team. You will be part of a growing eHealth Innovations team working closely with colleagues to help deliver multiple projects across the West of Scotland Region. You should be educated to HNC level, or have equivalent relevant practical experience working in a similar role. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required as is the ability to use Microsoft packages, and within agreed parameters candidates must have the ability to prioritise their own workload. You will provide a wide range of admin support tasks including timesheet and diary management, arranging meetings, minute taking and issuing relevant papers. It will also be expected that the successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to recording progress on several innovation projects across the region and managing the associated financial profiles of each project. Working as part of a team there is a requirement for flexibility in approach in supporting and covering colleagues. The post is full-time 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, based in Paisley at Smithhills Street, but travel between sites across the West of Scotland is required so a driving license is essential.
