You will be expected to provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective Specialist Community Paediatric Team (SCPT) Nursing service to 0-19 year age group in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies. You will be a first level nurse who will support the SCPT Nursing service in delivering care to service users / families within the caseload from any of the Specialist Community Paediatric pathways (CCN Home / ASL, Vulnerability and Complex Disability).You will also participate in health improvement / health promotion activities as delegated by the Clinical Nurse Specialist / Team Lead. It is essential that you are currently a Registered Nurse with the NMC with evidence of continuing professional development. The shift pattern for this post is Monday - Friday (days).
