This post is fixed term until 31st May 2021.


Working across Inverclyde HSCP, you will have responsibility for a broad portfolio of health improvement and tackling inequalities work, to meet local need and the outcomes of the HSCP Strategic Plan. You will have the responsibility for the development and delivery of a range of work streams providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure delivery. You will also be required to act in an advisory capacity to provide specialist health improvement support to colleagues and partners.  Line managed by a local Health Improvement Lead, you should be educated to Degree level or equivalent and it is desirable that you have a postgraduate diploma in a health related discipline. You will have experience in project planning, management and implementation, partnership working and negotiation. Experience in the areas of tobacco, licensing or children and young people is desirable.

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday (flexible) .
