Reporting to the Programme Director and working closely with the Site Director, this post will provide senior project management expertise and coordination for the delivery of capital projects at the Western General Hospital, with a total capital value of between £10 million and £100 million.

With strong influencing and leadership qualities you will require to evidence significant experience of Project Management in a healthcare or equivalent, complex environment and will have the ability to inspire confidence and respect to lead and deliver in a clinically sensitive and demanding environment. Key to the success of this role is excellent analytical and judgement skills to address highly complex facts and situation incorporating legal, commercial, technical, construction and clinical information.

Applicants must be a holder of a first degree in property, finance or business related subject plus educated to SCQF Level 11 e.g. professional qualification at masters level relevant to the role such as project management, capital planning, finance, procurement or evidence of equivalent knowledge and skills.
