Salary Scale:    £28,050 - £37,010 per Annum Pro Rata

 An exciting opportunity has arisen for occupational therapists with post qualification experience of working in mental health and/or physical health to work in the adult mental health, intensive community rehabilitation service.

The post holders will work with OT colleagues within multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams, providing a service to individuals within grade 5 accommodation.    They will contribute to the assessment and treatment of individuals referred to the team, focussing on the occupational, functional and cognitive needs of the people supported.

The successful candidates will be enthusiastic about rehabilitation, evidence based practice and quality improvement. They will be motivated to help shape and deliver this new service and work in partnership with others, not least the individuals in receipt of their care.

The number of permanent hours available is 52.5 candidates are invited to indicate the number of hours and shift patterns that best suit their personal circumstances.

The service is committed to supervision, staff development and student education.
