(Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

As part of a multidisciplinary team you will provide care to patients in support of the trained nurse and will regularly work unsupervised. You will be given assigned  work  by the Senior Charge Nurse / Registered Nursing Staff.  You will work supervised and exercise initiative within the scope of the role when providing patient care, however, a registered nurse will be available for advice and guidance.  You will provide patient care in support of a registered nurse to ensure delivery of a high quality of patient care.  You will record and report patient observations in care plans to ensure maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records.  You will provide accurate documentation of delivered and planned nursing care ensuring countersignature by registered nurse.  It is essential that you have an SVQ level 3 or equivalent and that you have a good education and previous child care experience.  The shift pattern for this post is Rotational.  There is a full time post 37.5 hours.
