The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is a 4 star hotel with 170 bedrooms and 16 conference spaces. We are Scotland’s leading residential conference venue and a member of both Venues of Excellence and the International Association of Conference Centres.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our team. Reporting to the Commercial & Logistics Director you will responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the Director, Hotel manager and wider Hotel.
Working in a busy Conference Hotel environment key duties include -
Facilitate and provide comprehensive administration service
Co-ordinate and ensure success operation of meetings
Maintain and keep under review relevant filing systems
Lead in the administration to key organisation functions and projects
Previous experience of working in a similar Hotel environment would be advantageous for this role.
