The Opportunity

We are looking for an Information Analyst Business Partner to join our small, but highly talented and growing team to collaborate and solve some of the most complex challenges in health and social care.

Mental health services workforce.

Working within the Data Group team (part of NTS Data and Assurance business unit) you will be involved in the production of Official Statistics for the NHS Scotland mental health services workforce and the development of an evidence base to support workforce planning for mental health services.

Do you want to play a key role in delivering statistics to the NHS and the wider public in the form of Official Statistics reports on NHS Scotland mental health services?

Do you want to improve the evidence base for workforce planners and other professionals involved in ensuring that NHS Scotland has the right staff, in the right place with the right qualifications?

Do you enjoy working in a small team, using data science, analysis and development to make workforce data available and understandable to a wide range of stakeholders across the Health & social care sector?

Working within the Data Group team you will have the opportunity to work with new and innovative technologies to produce Official Statistics for the NHS Scotland workforce and develop the evidence base for the health and social care workforce in Scotland.
