The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational line management of Hard FM services and staff. Line management of area managers and budget responsibilities for Hard FM operational budgets.
Responsible for leading strategies and programmes directed towards the effective and efficient delivery of all Estates Operational Services throughout Lothian. Ensure that the Estates function within Facilities meets the strategic targets set by NHS Lothian for all land, buildings and equipment management to meet the current and future needs of NHS Lothian, its patients, staff and visitors.
