The service is looking to recruit an administrative assistant to join the administration team, providing a confidential, efficient, effective and high quality secretarial/administrative support service to Air Ambulance/ScotSTAR, as well as providing procurement and stock control support to the service over the 4 locations the service works from.
Applicants are required to have a good standard of education and have experience in a secretarial / administrative position in a busy office environment.
Applicants must be computer literate with a working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages, hold an SVQ, NVQ or equivalent in Computing or ECDL or have relevant experience.
A high level of accuracy is essential along with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively as the job entails dealing with other departments within the Scottish Ambulance Service, wider NHS staff and outside agencies.
