Fixed term for 12 months

We are looking for an organised and flexible individual to provide a high-quality reception and clerical service to the patients and clinicians of the Carnegie Unit.

We are looking for someone with a good level of English and numeracy. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office with good keyboard skills. Knowledge of NHS IT systems would be advantageous.

Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential. You should have the ability to prioritise and deal with a day to day workload using your own initiative, without direct on-site supervision. You will also be required to work both independently and as part of the wider Administration team.

The ability to travel throughout the West Fife Division area may be required for training and staff cover purposes.
