An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team in the Health & Safety Service at NHS Forth Valley on a secondment or Fixed Term temporary basis (6 months minimum).
You will provide a high-quality service of risk management system and administration support to assist in the smooth running of the Health and Safety Service. The post will report to the Risk System Manager.
Applicants must have knowledge or experience in using risk management software, for example, Safeguard, Datix (or similar), and can learn and master new software systems as required. A qualification at SVQ3 level and/or equivalent administration experience within a healthcare setting is essential as is excellent keyboard skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Potential candidates will be expected to deal with complex business issues in a confidential and professional manner and should have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working autonomously whilst being part of a larger, diverse team of safety professionals.
Consideration will be given to those who wish to consider flexible working arrangements.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
