NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

The shift pattern for these posts is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm.

Full and part time hours can be considered and the salary for part time posts will be pro rata.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic and supportive Podiatry team

within NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde. We are seeking Band 5 Podiatrists (both substantive and bank positions) to help deliver

high-quality, patient-centred foot care services across a variety of setting including community clinics, domiciliary care, and

hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver evidence-based podiatric care across a diverse caseload.

· Utilise digital platforms to advise and triage patient needs

· Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care pathways.

· Contribute to health promotion and education within the service.

· Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.

Who can apply:

Newly qualified graduates are welcome to apply. Offers of employment will be made conditional on successful completion of your degree course and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Both full and part time hours will be considered.

Essential Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Podiatry (or pending award)

· HCPC registration (or eligible for HCPC registration pending degree classification)

· POM-A Certification · Basic computer/IT skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous professional development

Desirable:

· Full UK driving licence

· POM-S or Prescribing Qualification
