Improvement Advisor (Ref: 218661)
Band 7 (£50,861 - £59,159)
Full time (37 hours per week), Permanent
Edinburgh/Glasgow - hybrid working will apply for the foreseeable future
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Improvement Advisor to join the Transformational Change Mental Health Unit which is part of the Community Engagement and Transformational Change Directorate of Healthcare Improvement Scotland. The unit currently has the following active programmes of work:
- Mental Health and Substance Use
- Scottish Patient Safety Programme Mental Health and Core Standards
- Mental Health Reform (Complex Mental Health)
- Mental Health Responsive Support (Delayed Discharges and “Coming Home”)
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and positive individuals to work flexibly across these programmes to assist in their scoping, design and delivery phases. Individuals should be educated to degree level and either hold a master’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent knowledge and have significant experience in improving services in health and social care.
