This is a full time (37) Permanent position, with your working pattern Monday – Thursday 08.00 – 16.00 & 08.00 – 15.30 Friday.

The post holder is based within (but not limited to) Partnership Sector, being Leverndale and Dykebar Hospitals and associated HSCP sites.

The post holder is part of a team interacting across a range of grounds maintenance tasks. He/she is responsible to the Estates Manager on operational matters and accountable to the Site Manager Operational Estates. You will effectively be leading ground maintenance team to achieve the highest standard and statutory compliance within available resources. To promote the performance and quality of Estates Grounds Maintenance Services. To assist in meeting the overall objective of achieving high standards in grounds maintenance and ensuring a comfortable environment for both patients, visitors and staff.
