Location: Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin


We currently have a vacancy for a permanent secretary to the Unit Management Team, Medicine and Unscheduled Care, to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support at Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin. Cover maybe required to support the Reception Team in the Emergency Department.


This is an extremely busy service with a high volume of workload.


Applicants should have excellent secretarial or administrative, organisational and communication skills. Accurate keyboard skills and previous secretarial/administrative experience is essential.


The post holder will be required to work Monday - Friday 0830 -1700 but some flexibility can be consider.
